The Association of Country Women of Dolenjske Toplice, in co-organization with the Municipality of Dolenjske Toplice, will prepare the 20th exhibition of Easter dishes in March, one of the main traditional events in the Municipality of Dolenjske Toplice. The richly decorated tables in the Cultural Congress Center will once again shrivel under the weight of traditional Easter delicacies, prepared from the best local home-made ingredients - traditional baked goods, rolls, plaits, Easter eggs, Lenten dishes, ... At the same time, as every year, the most typical customs and traditional crafts, typical of this holiday, will be presented to visitors, and the space will be decorated with many Easter-themed artifacts, products and decorations . Visitors can expect a varied cultural program, which will include the blessing of food and an address by the local pastor, as well as performances by local groups and individuals. Activities and entertainment for our youngest will be provided, and it will be ensured that no one will be left hungry and thirsty. Visitors can also expect many accompanying events, as the Association of Rural Women of Dolenjske Toplice and the other participants do their best every year to offer visitors something new. The year 2024 is also of special importance to them, as the folklore group Izvir will celebrate its 15th anniversary, and the association its 20th anniversary. Don't miss it!
